2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Respond to communications and approve deliverables promptly

  • Ensure that any materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms and due dates are specified in individual invoices or agreements

  • Late payments may result in paused service or delayed deliverables

  • By paying your invoice, you agree to these Terms of Service

4. Revisions & Scope

Unless otherwise stated, all services include up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or out-of-scope work may incur extra charges and will be quoted separately.

5. Turnaround Time

Turnaround time varies by project and service tier. We commit to reasonable timelines and will communicate delays if they arise due to client response time, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of the final, approved deliverables. In Pixels Media retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Either party may cancel an ongoing project with 14 days’ written notice. Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced. No refunds will be issued for completed work or digital services delivered.

8. Hosting & Maintenance

If you subscribe to any of our website maintenance or hosting plans (e.g., the Website Reliability Plan), additional terms apply. These terms cover what is included, service limitations, and client responsibilities.

By subscribing to a plan or submitting payment, you agree to those plan-specific terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In Pixels Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or disruption. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in dispute.

10. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality and agree not to share sensitive business or client information without permission. You agree to do the same regarding our proprietary methods and processes.

11. Communication

All project communication should take place through designated platforms such as email, client portals, or project management tools. We aim to respond to inquiries within 1 business day.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.


By paying an invoice or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
