Maintenance Terms of Service

By subscribing to the Website Maintenance Plan provided by In Pixels Media (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. This plan is designed to maintain and support websites through basic upkeep and minor updates.

1. What’s Included

• Basic website updates (text, image, and button edits on existing pages)

• Plugin and theme updates

• Security scans and basic protection

• Site speed check and optimization (monthly)

• Uptime monitoring

• Automated backups with restore support

2. Warranty Coverage

This plan includes limited warranty coverage:

• We will repair issues caused by plugin/theme updates or maintenance-related changes.

• We do not cover issues caused by client edits, third-party developers, or external software/platform conflicts.

3. Exclusions

This plan does not include:

• New pages or custom design/development

• Major content changes or copywriting

• eCommerce updates or setup

• SEO services or analytics tracking setup

• Marketing, ad management, or social media services

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide website admin access and any necessary login credentials

• Avoid making backend or plugin changes unless approved

• Communicate requests clearly and in writing (via email or support channel)

5. Turnaround Time

• Most maintenance requests are completed within 2–4 business days

• Urgent issues (e.g., site down) are prioritized and addressed ASAP

6. Payment & Billing

• Maintenance is billed monthly via autopay

• A 5-day grace period is allowed for failed payments

• Services may be paused or terminated after non-payment beyond the grace period

7. Cancellation

• You may cancel anytime with a 14-day notice

• No prorated refunds are provided

8. Liability

We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, or website access resulting from third-party plugin issues, hosting provider errors, or user edits. Backups and preventive efforts will be made to reduce risk.
